It took some effort to me to make it work, but now it's working flawlessly. Basically there was something wrong with the init-string (it would't get dial tone). I went to SerialConnect, restored the hardware setting via AT&F1, dialed normally with ATDTnumber, and since it worked replaced the long init-string in the DialupNetworking settings (modem settings) with just AT and now it works! If it wasn't for that I would give it a 10.
