this 29160 card does not work, neither the original beos drivers, nor the dano drivers work under 5.0.3 (the dano drops me in kernel debugging land) probably does work in native dano

I'll disagree with that... the 29160 should work just fine using the "aic78xx" driver from Dano. You can drop that driver into any 5.0.x system and should be good to go with either 29160 or 29160N cards.

No, that didn't work. There are deeper filehandling probs together with the completel redesigned VM (I was told).
anyway. Can't wait for Zeta to let my 15k Cheetah burn. Burn baby burn!!!
