This is a very nice/stable chipset in my dual 66 BeBox. It actually says its a 21040/21041. It sits on a nice (& cheap) PCI NIC. The only bummer is that it is not fast ethernet. Unlike the 3Com Etherlink II 503 that came in my BeBox, this one is not only recognized by the OS, but it actually WORKS! It plays nice with my gateway & DHCP, so my BeBox is cruising on my DSL connection quite nicely. ;-)
