This is an Ethernet modem. It connects to and existing NIC or hub/switch.
It's a Marconi product, but there is no info on it on the Marconi website. This one has more technical info: Link
Using Nathan Whitehorn's PPPoE driver, I got immediate access to the Net, but I had to enter the DNS server addresses first in order to make it work. Otherwise it would connect but not find any hosts.
The modem as such works flawlessly. No further installation or configuration necessary. Just create a new modem on your list and make sure you read the PPPoE Readme.
