The card I have has the Agere chip FW323-05 1394A in it.

BeOS identifies the card as a AT&T Microelectronics card with manufacturor ID 0x11C1 and cardID 5811.

The card adds a default DV input and output to the mediaprefs panel. It also adds a Sony DV input and output to this panel.

I tested the card on both DANO and R5 with a Sony TRV-22E camcorder. The E probably stands for PAL BTW. It's actually working in BeOS! Including sound. Just capture to BeOS and sound will be recorded also (tested in PersonalStudio 1.5)

On DANO you can use the TV application and the experimental videorecorder app. PersonalStudio does not work here. On R5 it does however. You can also use the videorecorder app there. The TV application on R5 seems faulty with DV however.
