I've had real great luck with this modem which is suprising considering the plethera of peole who have problems getting internal modems to work. I'm not sure if viking is still manufacturing them but I know you can still get them at most any best buy, compUSA, Fry's or whatever you've got local. Cheap too as it's just a plain old winmodem. I only give it a 7 because it's a winmodem and that by default lowers its score. but as far as winmodems go this one has been great for me.
