This is great! I've got several of these and I just assumed they didn't work... Looks like this is the card I'm moving to. rating: 9 |

Just worked in 5.0.3, no issues at all. I still prefer the 310, but they seem to be gone nowdays. Have no idea how good the NS chipset on the 311 is. Win2000 doesnt have support for this card even in service pack one, had to DL drivers in BeOS :)
Im using my BeOS box as a gateway, and the 311 is the internal network card. rating: 10 |

I downloaded the experimental drivers from one of the mirrors i found from betips.net and it said it recogized my card. I configured everything but still could not get a connection. I'm positive i had everything set up correctly, but still nothing was working. So, i guess im still a little skeptical that the FA311 works all the time. rating: 5 |

bought this at BadBuy after i couldn't get the D-Link nic to work. , plug it in, download the driver from the planetfile mirror and your online. just for the newbies it's DP83815.zip , and i noticed in the network panel things didn't work til you hit 'save' (then the 0.0.0->Card->Ready turns to a real IP) and your online.. rating: 10 |
