If you had not noticed, BeOS v5 comes with
this experimental driver on the CD. Well, it
seems to work beautifully. I installed the
driver, and was immediately able to use my
microdrive as well as my smaller 16mb CFII+ card
for my digital camera. Once issue: whereas Be
thinks my 16mb card only has one partition on it,
which is correct, it thinks that my microdrive
has two 340mb partitions, although it only has one.
Thus, when automatically mounting the Microdrive,
it appears twice on my desktop. This does not affect
performance or use: it is just a little strange. rating: 8 |
