Works fine in BeOS for such a cheap card. Under stock R5, netserver it'll work fine, just choose custom and ne2000 clone, and specify the irq and io. Just make sure to have turned off pnp on the card with the utilities provided on a floppy. In BONE, you need to specify it's existence with the ~/config/settings/kernel/drivers/ne2k file, just put in it's irq and io and it's good to go.
