At TuneTracker Systems, our business model is different. We love the little guy. We do everything in our power to keep prices low for our customers, so we're affordable to even the smallest of stations. We'd rather impress you with the quality of our software than the costliness of our packaging. Here are a few things we do to save you money... No expensive packaging. As nice as a glossy, nearly-empty box might be, they are very expensive to produce, and companies that do so pass the expense on to their customers. No farmed-out media. We replicate and print all our CDs and DVDs in-house rather than ordering large runs of factory-made disks. This eliminates waste, and lets us create updated distribution CDs on-the-fly, meaning purchasers always get the very latest version of our product. Companies that order large duplication runs are tempted to use up what they have before making more, meaning you get older software. In-House Production and Design We do our web design, writing, advertising layouts, and video production completely in-house, resulting in huge cost savings we can pass along to our customers. No printed manual. By providing our manual in electronic form, we save you quite a bit over including a printed one. Plus, it's dynamic! We link it to our web site, where we provide constantly-updated instructional information, again, a real plus for you. In addition, for those who really do want a "hard copy" printout of the manual, there is one available. See the sidebar to the right for details. Programmers Paid on Commission Nearly 100% of our software programming is done on a commission of sales, so the amount we pay out is in direct proportion to the amount we take in. This keeps us from exceeding budget, and gives our programmers the ultimate incentive to produce wonderful, sellable products! Product Does the Selling. Aside from our web site, we do very little advertising, and that saves you BIG TIME. The expensive guys have to charge through the nose to finance all their flights to shows and conventions, and their big full-color, ads in trade publications.
