The event list lives on the left side of the Fetchit! window. It's your at-a-glance view of every download, recording, conversion job, or other automated task you've set up.
| Color | What it means |
|---|---|
| ⚫ Black | No steps yet, or not configured enough to run. |
| 🟢 Green | Ready — configured, enabled, and standing by. |
| 🟡 Yellow | Currently running. |
| 🔴 Red | Last run ended with an error. Check the Results Log. |
Click the + button at the bottom of the event list. Rename it something meaningful like "Morning News" or "NOAA Weather - Miami."
Select the event and click the − button. Fetchit! will ask you to confirm before deleting.
Drag events up and down in the list. Order doesn't affect scheduling — it's purely for your own organization.
Every event can be enabled or disabled independently. A disabled event won't run automatically even if its schedule says it should. Find the toggle in the event's detail panel.
Select an event and click Run to kick it off immediately, regardless of its schedule.
Tip: Right-click on any event in the list for a quick menu of common actions.
