An event ran but I can't find the file

Check the Results Log — it will tell you exactly where each file ended up. Double-check the destination path in your Copy/Move step for typos.

The event shows a red dot

Go to the Results Log tab. Common causes:

The event isn't running on schedule

Fetchit! keeps asking for microphone permission

Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and make sure Fetchit! is listed and enabled.

App Audio sources don't appear in the device list

App Audio sources load on demand when you open the device popup. The target app must be running and producing audio. Grant Screen Recording permission if prompted.

FTP works in another app but not in Fetchit!

Try enabling "Allow Insecure SSL." Verify the protocol, port, and directory path match exactly what works elsewhere. Ask your content provider for their recommended connection settings.
