Check the Results Log — it will tell you exactly where each file ended up. Double-check the destination path in your Copy/Move step for typos.

Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and make sure Fetchit! is listed and enabled.
App Audio sources load on demand when you open the device popup. The target app must be running and producing audio. Grant Screen Recording permission if prompted.
Try enabling "Allow Insecure SSL." Verify the protocol, port, and directory path match exactly what works elsewhere. Ask your content provider for their recommended connection settings.
The Results Log captures everything including error messages that often point directly at the solution. Share it with whoever is helping you troubleshoot.
