Welcome to SignalCaster

SignalCaster is TuneTracker’s streaming engine. Point it at an audio source, enter your stream credentials, and you’re live — whether you’re broadcasting to YouTube, Twitch, Mixcloud, Facebook, Kick, or your own Icecast server.

Under the hood SignalCaster encodes everything to AAC audio (and H.264 video for RTMP targets), manages the connection, reconnects automatically if the link drops, and overlays now-playing information and a spectrum visualizer on the video frame while it streams. The whole thing runs in a compact dashboard window that stays out of your way while you work.

Unlike Icecast, the specifications for RTMP streaming vary widely from platform to platform, making some platforms trickier to get to streaming smoothly. For that reason, we can't guarantee perfect performance on all RTMP platforms. The free OBS app is an alternative you can try, in situations where RTMP performance is uneven in SignalCaster.
