Getting started takes about two minutes. You'll install TuneTracker Go!, open VoiceTracker in your browser, and configure your settings.
TuneTracker Go! (the helper app) is installed automatically when you install the TuneTracker System on your station Mac. There's nothing for you to download, drag, or configure manually — by the time you're reading this, it's already there. It lives quietly in the Mac's menu bar, and it's what lets the VoiceTracker page in your browser reach the files on your station.
Look for the "G" symbol in the menu bar at the top right of your station Mac's screen. If it's there, TuneTracker Go! is running and you can move on to Step 2. If it isn't, see the troubleshooting note for first-time users.
Want a deeper explanation of what TuneTracker Go! is and how it fits into the overall picture? See the What is TuneTracker Go? page — it covers the helper, the shell, and how to ask for support when something goes wrong.
Open your web browser and go to tunetrackersystems.com/ttgo/. Enter your Station Code and PIN (set on the station Mac in TuneTracker Go!'s menu-bar menu), then click the VoiceTracker tab.
Look at the bottom-right corner of the screen for a small colored dot:
Click the gear icon (⚙) in the bottom-right corner of the screen, just to the left of the connection dot. This opens the Settings panel.
7327 unless your engineer told you otherwise.-16 LUFS is broadcast standard. You can click Test Connection in Settings to verify TuneTracker Go! is reachable before saving. A green status message confirms everything is working.
After saving your settings, VoiceTracker should automatically load your station's log dates in the right panel. If you see dates listed, you're connected and ready to go. Select a date, pick an hour, and you'll see the program log with voicetrack slots highlighted in green.
No dates showing? Make sure your Station Name in Settings matches the folder name in Dropbox exactly, including capitalization and spaces. Also confirm the "G" symbol is visible in the menu bar of your station Mac (green dot in the VoiceTracker status bar confirms the connection is alive).
