How quickly can I expect a response to a support email?
Most questions are answered the same day, often within a few hours. You're reaching a real person who knows TuneTracker well — not a first-line help desk reading from a script.
Is phone support available?
Email is our primary support channel and where we're most effective — it lets us give you a complete, considered answer and follow up if needed. For complex setup issues, we can arrange a call.
Do you offer installation help for new customers?
Yes. If you're getting started and run into trouble, reach out and we'll walk you through it. Getting your first station up and running successfully matters to us.
Where do I find my license key after purchase?
Your license key is emailed immediately upon purchase. Check your inbox — including spam — for an email from TuneTracker Systems. If you can't find it, email us and we'll resend it right away.
How do I update to a new version?
Download the latest version from the TuneTracker website and install it over your existing installation. Your settings, library, and logs are preserved. Your existing license key works with all updates within your major version.
What if I need help with something not covered in the documentation?
Email us. That's what we're here for. No question is too basic and no problem is too obscure. If it's a gap in the documentation, your question helps us improve it for everyone.
